Mr. O’Donnell is a financial and corporate development executive with over thirty years experience working for publicly-traded companies. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of an initial public offering and has been the Strategic and Corporate Development Officer for two publicly traded companies. He has been the principal lead and member of negotiation teams on acquisitions totaling over $1-billion in transaction value and on divestments totaling over $300-million in transaction value Mr. O’Donnell has put-in-place planning systems for two publicly traded companies and has developed and implemented acquisition, divestment, growth and finance strategies to advance the timely and successful growth of companies. In recent years, Mr. O’Donnell has been a contract consultant to privately-held and publicly-traded companies regarding acquisitions, divestments, project financing, business valuations, asset management and other financial matters. Mr. O’Donnell has a Masters Degree in Economics.
